“GAF” Glass Art Furnace is the direct fire heater firebox in a hot glass studio or Glass Art School that holds the molten glass that will be gathered or ladled out to make glass products or materials.
Four types of “GAF” Glass Art Furnace include the day tank, the freestanding pot furnace, the invested pot furnace, and the continuous melt furnace. Each of our fuel saving energy effective furnaces are designed and matched ideally, large enough to supply molten products for the days, weeks or even long continuous production schedules before refilling or “charging.
Our “GAF” Glass Art Furnace includes all NFPA 86 Standards for Ovens and Furnaces safety package, combustion package, and control package. Gas or electric is a fantastic performer for furnace application. A furnace designed with an automatic tuned feature with modern temperature and gas-air ratio control components can save over 30% to 70% of gas operating costs when compared to other older control methods.
